Not yet. We'll be applying for our inspection license soon.

Estimates & Authorization

How much will my repair cost?
Call or email with your vehicle info and the services you need, and we'll work up a free estimate.
Do you charge a diagnosis fee?
A diagnosis fee applies when the recommended repairs aren't approved. If you approve the work, that fee is applied toward the repair.
Will you contact me before doing additional work?
Always. At Brimmer Automotive, we believe it's the customer's right to approve or deny any repair.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
For small services, yes. More in-depth repairs may need a little time so we can give you the most accurate estimate.

Parts & Warranty

Do you use OEM, aftermarket, or customer-supplied parts?
We work with all OEM and aftermarket suppliers, and we'll recommend options based on your budget.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. Customer-supplied parts do carry some risk (incorrect parts or wrong quantities), so we reserve the right to charge a different labor rate to install them.
Do you warranty your repairs?
Absolutely. We stand behind our work and will work with you to resolve any issues.
What happens if a replacement part fails?
Parts we install carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, and we'll work with you to make sure your warranty needs are met.
